The roster of and update on the resident companies at the Howard County Center for Business & Technology Development and the NeoTech Incubator follows.

AIMSTAR Information Solutions Inc. came to the incubator in 2004 and occupies 163 square feet. Led by Dr. Theodore Williams, AIMSTAR provides information technology consulting and software development services to government, academic and commercial clients.

Audacious Inquiry LLC is one of the incubator's newest companies. Managing Partner Christopher Brandt brought his boutique management consulting practice to NeoTech in March 2007. It is growing and occupies 630 square feet of space.

CenGen Inc. provides systems engineering and system integration for tactical and mobile wireless networks. President Lily Bengfort and her team occupy 2,307 square feet, which is considered to be a fairly large space for an incubator company.

Dot21 Real-Time Systems Inc. is an original tenant, having come to the incubator in June 2000. Al DeBaroncelli is president of the company, which is a technology transfer from the nearby Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. Dot21 supplies "middleware" solutions embedded applications for the military and occupies 2,184 square feet.

Enterprise & Portal Software Systems LLC works from 579 square feet and has been at the center for two years. Led by President Reginald Person, Enterprise provides systems administration and performance-based project management, as well as application and database development.

Health Analytics LLC is celebrating its one-year anniversary at the center and occupies 546 square feet of space. Dr. Charles Reutsch leads a service-based company that provides support to the health care industry, including analytic research tools and sound scientific methodology.

Ilex Engineering Inc. and its President Michael Maloney joined the NeoTech community in February of 2004 and occupies 473 square feet of space. Working for clients like the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Geological Survey, National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Ilex utilizes satellite environmental data collection, decoding, analyzing and conversion into usable engineering units.

Information Technology Corp. (Intecorp) is led by Gaith Abdo and has been at NeoTech since March 2006. With 531 square feet of space, Intecorp is a leading expert in the design, development and delivery of technology education, from individual courses and seminars to certification programs and full-scale technology training solutions.

Integrated Cryptologic Solutions (ICS) moved to 476 square feet of space in the incubator in December 2005. President Billy Boulden has ICS focused on operational signal intelligence support and analytical training, state-of-the-art SIGINT engineering and integration, and information technology services in all areas of SIGINT.

M & M Tech Solutions Inc. provides network integration and infrastructure support services. President Frankie Mabry moved M & M to NeoTech in June 2005.

McInerney Holdings Inc. (dba Geeks-on-Call) operates from a 1,830-square-foot base of operations. Laura McInerney has the largest Geeks franchise in the U.S. A tenant since 2004, the company supports small business and residential computer systems.

Olive Networks Consulting LLC is operated by Tony Ashamu and moved into 191 square feet of space in the center in March 2007. Olive Networks provides strategic design with detailed assessment and translation into mission critical business solutions.

Systems Security Solutions (SSS) Inc. operates from 770 square feet of space. Tenants since September 2007, SSS provide enterprise integrated security solutions to help identify and protect critical business assets. Mark Schober is the president of the company.

SkilTek Operating Security Inc. (SOSINCUS) also provides security solutions and services. President Steven Thomas brought SkilTek to NeoTech in November 2005.

SoftTech Solutions Inc. provides software engineering, systems engineering, information systems security and project management to federal government agencies, primarily the Department of Defense. President Janet Lee brought SoftTech to 173 square feet of space at NeoTech in October 2005.

Zoey Consulting Services Inc. is in 270 square feet of space and has been a resident since October 2005. Ed Hackett and Zoey are focused on providing computer, communications and mathematical support to the Department of Defense.
