The Community Foundation of Howard County, which raises, manages and distributes funds to support Howard County nonprofits, will hold its Annual Dinner and Celebration of Philanthropy. The Community Foundation will highlight accomplishments, showcase nonprofit organizations and recognize and thank individuals, families and businesses in Howard County for their generosity and leadership. This year, the foundation will present the Philanthropist of the Year awards to Carlessia Hussein and The Howard Hughes Corp.
