Training & Development Solutions invites local business leaders to take part in the Exploration Event: The TDS Cohort for Leaders in Business at the Kenneth S. Ulman Innovation Center. Participants will engage in a professionally-facilitated, closed-door leadership conversation, allowing select business leaders to seek guidance on an important issue, challenge, or decision. The group will then collaborate on a problem-solving activity, with a goal to identify and share creative solutions.

This event creates a valuable opportunity for business leaders who can benefit from gaining outside, unbiased perspective. Additionally, all participants will be offered a complimentary 30-minute coaching session from Training & Development Solutions by Howard Community College.
