This past year has been like no other… the very essence of racial inequity has been repeatedly placed front and center. A profound shift in raising awareness related to our nation’s deep-rooted systemic racism tied to current day policies has altered how we will do business moving forward. Individuals and organizations alike are being called to act; to cultivate more just work environments. The opportunity for transformation has never been greater.
Join Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) Strategist Danielle Marshall of Culture Principles and Executive Coach Wendy Moomaw of the Conscious Collaboratory℠, for this eight-week workshop intensive called Reimagining Racial Equity. This program is an opportunity for participants to explore what racial equity is, discover how it differs from – and is more than – diversity and inclusion, and learn and reimagine how to infuse the work of racial equity into their organizations. We’re holding a space for inclusivity that honors multiple perspectives and lived experiences.
This workshop will be an 8-week intensive held on Tuesdays, May 11-June 29, 3-5 PM ET.
