The Howard County Economic Development Authority (HCEDA) has added reopening guidance and resources to its online business portal at www.hceda.org/coronavirus/reopening.
The portal includes Executive Orders from Howard County and the state of Maryland on what businesses are eligible to reopen, best practices for different industries and an operational tool kit and risk assessment from The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security.
